Statement of Faith
Our core beliefs guide our ministry and mission.
The Bible to be the inspired, only infallible and authoritative Word of God.
There is one true God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, substitutional death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension to the Father and His personal return in power and glory.
The Gospel is the good news from God that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in the finished work of Christ alone. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for the salvation of sinful man; a person must experience a spiritual rebirth. Only through the power of the Holy Spirit is the Christian able to live a more godly life.
There is a resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the saved to eternal life in heaven, the lost to hell.
Jesus Christ rose from the dead and is returning soon.
The Great Commission of all followers of Jesus Christ is to go into the entire world and preach the Gospel to every person.

2024
K-LOVE moves to its new home in Franklin, Tennessee
2023
K-LOVE DJs hit the road with Danny Gokey and We The Kingdom for the first-ever "Meet Every Listener" tour.
2021
K-LOVE's live events and partnerships continue to grow with the addition of "K-LOVE Live at Red Rocks" in 2021. Held at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, the annual event draws thousands of Christian music fans.
2020
K-LOVE On Demand premieres, offering live concerts, original programming and other exclusive content to fans for free.
2020
Faith-based podcasting platform AccessMore launches in partnership with K-LOVE.
2019
K-LOVE acquires WTA Media to develop faith-based films and books.
2017
K-LOVE expands to the nation's No. 2 market, Los Angeles, California. With God's leadership and the generous support of donors, K-LOVE reaches more people for Jesus.
2013
The first annual K-LOVE Fan Awards takes place at Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium.
2010
The mission to impact America's major markets continues by bringing "Positive, Encouraging K-LOVE" to the nation's No. 1 market: New York, New York.
2004
The first K-LOVE Friends and Family Cruise sails from New Orleans to Cozumel, Mexico.
2001
K-LOVE's growth explodes with the addition of WJKL Chicago, WNLT Cincinnati, WVRB Lexington, and WKVK Raleigh-Durham.
1996
KLOVE.com goes live, streaming online programming to a worldwide audience.
1993
K-LOVE moves its headquarters within California from Santa Rosa to Sacramento.
1991
Mainstream radio talent and programmer David Pierce joins K-LOVE and begins hosting the "K-LOVE Morning Show."
1988
Flagship station KCLB changes its call letters to KLVR, and the name "K-LOVE" starts being used on air.
1982
KCLB Santa Rosa goes on the air at 6 a.m. on October 15. Bob Anthony is the announcer, and "Praise The Lord," by The Imperials, is the first song played.
1978
Former mainstream programmer Bob Anthony Fogal sketches out a vision for a new Christian radio station.

K-LOVE is governed by K-LOVE, Inc. (EIN 99-0434313), a 501(c)3 not-for-profit ministry. No individual owns any stock in the corporation, which is held for charitable purposes. The Board of Directors at large serve without compensation for rotating four-year terms, and a person with supervisory accounting experience holds one of the board positions.
