I had big dreams of becoming a doctor. That is until chemistry showed up. So, I switched to psychology—which turned out to be the perfect fit. Studying how people think, feel and connect became a bridge to radio, where I connect with people’s hearts and minds every day.

I was born in Ohio, with roots that stretch to Texas and Maryland. And even though I’ve bounced around a bit, radio has felt like home—like being at the family table, just with headphones and a mic.

I’m a proud auntie who takes Uno very seriously. I love watching Hallmark movies with my parents. My brother, sister and I have an ongoing thread of ridiculous videos and memes that we unashamedly waste time on.

I once sang the national anthem at a Texas Rangers game. It was probably a one-time-only event. But if you invite me to your birthday party, I will bust out my original birthday medley. It’s a whole thing.

This adventure through life and radio has been full of twists, loud laughter and quiet prayers. My hope is when you’re listening, you feel a little more connected—to yourself, to others and to the God who sees you, knows you and is always working.
